Every designer has his or her unique idea of creating a bathroom. To meet this need,
PUDA set out to achieve this goal through a customised bathroom solution. Our flat
pack system has been developed to comply with all kinds of construction design.
We utilize a broad range of building materials to produce walls, ceilings and floors, to fulfil our customers’ specific design and domestic construction regulations and requirements.

1. Plan & Design
Upon receipt of the customer’s bathroom design, our engineers will create the technical plans and drawings to confirm and discuss all the details of the interior, MEP layout, installation, etc. with the customer. All technical details will be ratified during this stage.

2. Prototype
A prototype of each bathroom model will be developed prior to production for customer inspection and approval. Any amendments to the design or quality standards must be confirmed at this point.

3. Manufacturing
With our innovative manufacturing technology at our world class facility, we have the capacity to meet delivery requirements within tight timeframes. We pride ourselves on our computerized quality control system that controls all manufacturing processes, providing consistent high quality products.

4. Delivery
We have developed a flexible packing system that works within the restrictive spaces of a construction environment.
We ensure shipment is timely to fit in with the construction schedule and can be adjusted easily. All products are well packed and delivered by containers to our overseas customers.

5. Installation
PUDA flat pack bathroom are very efficient to install and can be set up on site by two to three skilled installers within one day.
